Out running before the Jungfrau Marathon. I took the route from Lauterbrunnen up to the Rotstock, just below the Eiger wall.

I was training for SwissAlpine by running up from Goldau to Rigi Kulm, naturally there were a ton of cows to run around on the way up and down. I’m writing a blog about my training for the marathon here:
